BIlly Bibit had long been conveying veiled threats on what he will do if pushed to the wall and when he is out of the government. I think he is now plotting moves to pressure GMA into giving him back the post or give him a juicier one.
A group led by Edward Ligas recerntly informed me of a plan to expose a document prepared by the energy regulatory commission on alleged overcharging by the visayan electric company. this should be interesting. the group reportedly wants to wage a campaign for a refund.
in metro manila, consumers won a protracted battle for a refund against meralco. let’s see if cebu consumers can win a similar victory.
